This 1920s era home needed a major upgrade so we gutted it to the studs and started over.

Everything was upgraded to current code, new plumbing, and electrical. We kept the radiators on the main floor and basement while the boiler system was upgraded completely with new supply lines throughout while the top floor received a mini-split system.

All interior doors, windows, and millwork were replaced to match the existing Craftsman detail. Existing oak and fir flooring were refinished and repaired to fix any squeaky floor boards.

New kitchen layout with mudroom on main floor. The top floor bathroom was enlarged to a full bath. Existing bedrooms received new closets and egress windows. The basement walls were framed out to add an entertainment room, workout room and laundry area.
